While X1's Standard and Premium support services provide break-fix and product upgrades, our Professional Services offerings
address implementation and configuration, performance tuning and advanced customization and search. X1 Professional Services are normally
done via GoToMeeting, Webex or similar web based tools. However, onsite services can also be performed with all travel related expenses
billed to the customer. Both 4 hour and 8 hour blocks are offered in any increment; such as two 8 hour blocks for a Performance and Tuning engagement.
Four hour block of Professional Services $1,250
Eight hour block of Professional Services $2,500
A Best Practices Professional Services engagement is popular with customers who have implemented the X1 Enterprise Search Suite that consists of both the X1 Enterprise
Server and X1 Professional Client. This offering is customized to the specific workflow of a customer's organization.
