If you are submitting a bug report, please run the X1 Client Diagnostic Tool and follow the steps below:
  • Download and run the X1 Systems Diagnostics Tool from:
    http://www.x1.com/cs/x1_diagnostic_tool.exe
  • Click "Yes" on the following screen:
    X1 Diagnostic Tool Confirmation
  • A Windows Explorer window will open and display the contents of the newly created c:\x1supportfiles directory.
  • Zip the files in the c:\x1supportfiles directory.
  • Click the Browse button below to include the zip file with your case.
